OUR SERVICE
Our projects range from studio apartments to large country estates. Recently, we have also completed diverse projects in the office, hotel and embassy sector. We have our own in-house architects and team of builders if required. Our team is highly skilled in creating first class designs that reflect your budget and personal wishes.
OUR FEES
Our fees are structured subject to the size of the project. Typically, we charge a design consultation fee which starts at €3.900 + VAT for apartment sizes of up to 120sqm. The fee includes the design concept creation, on-site meetings, liaising with the building contractor (if applicable) sourcing and sampling of materials & furnishings and mood-board presentation. International travel expenses are charged on top.
OPTIONS
You can also hire us on an hourly basis at a rate of €160 + VAT.
We can provide you with full 3D visualisation renderings if you wish. Once we understand the exact requirements we can make you an offer.
If required, we also offer a project management service for interior refurbishment works which is charged at 15% + VAT of the overall project volume.
